Our Reviews will allow you to automatically send a text or email after appointments to gather feedback. This text or email will allow the patient two options – listing that they had a positive experience will point them toward the review platform of your choice, if someone lists a negative experience they can provide feedback directly to the office. This allows your team a chance to respond to the feedback without using a public forum.
